Converting Agilent Files

Only mev file can be converted as output.

1. Click Agilent tab.
2. Click Select input file ... from the File menu or the icon to open a file chooser window.
3. Select one or more Agilent files (txt) you want to convert. You can press and hold the Ctrl key to select multiple files.
4. Click OK button to close the file choose window.
5. If you want the genes (spots) in the output files have the same order as your Agilent files, uncheck the Sort by Slide Rows and Slide Columns.
6. Check suitable parameters for the Preferred Intensity ... .
7. Click Start converting from the File menu or the icon to process the conversion.
