Converting GenePix Files

1. Click GenePix tab.
2. Select the Output on the Tool Bar to define what type of file formats you want to produce.
3. Click the Select input file ... from the File menu or the icon to open a file chooser window.
4. Select one or more gpr files you want to convert. You can press and hold Ctrl key to select multiple files.
5. Click OK button to close the file choose window.
6. If you want the genes (spots) in the output files have the same order as your gpr files, uncheck the Sort by Slide Rows and Slide Columns.
7. Check suitable parameters for the Preferred Intensity ... .
8. Click Start converting from the File menu or the icon to process the conversion.
